Verrill and the Flow Roofing team were absolutely fantastic! Did a full new roof with them. Process was great, every step felt super clear, and all the details were taken care of from before the project started and after it was finished. They were able to kick things off without delay and moved rapidly to get it all knocked out impressively quickly. Will absolutely be recommending to folks I know who having roofing needs!

I didn't actually get a chance to see their quality of work so this review is related to getting a quote and their level of communication and accuracy during that process.
I received a roof replacement quote for my home that I thought was inclusive of the stand alone garage as myself and the estimator spoke about it when they came out initially. When agreed to proceed it turned out the price quoted did not include the garage - that's ok, these things happen. Flow kindly offered to comp the plywood that would be needed to complete that part of the project. I agreed to proceed. They sent another inspector out to go over everything again. A week goes by and I hear nothing about next steps even after a follow up email - this makes me think they had no intention to honor their offer to comp the garage plywood and just wanted out of the situation.
While their quote may be the lowest - beware of poor communication, follow up, and unclear estimates.
