When I was looking to relocate within Portland, I turned to Darcie, who had helped me purchase my first home ten years ago. The market had become even more frenzied in the past decade--and to make things worse, I had a very narrow set of criteria. Emily and Darcie were patient and thorough throughout my search, and when I finally found the right house, they skillfully helped me navigate a very competitive bidding situation. I truly wouldn't be in this house without them!

We worked with PDX Green Team to buy our first home, and we are SO happy we found them. From the first introductions, we felt that Emily's style (friendly, engaging, personable and professional) fit our personalities perfectly and she really wanted us to understand the whole process as first-time home buyers. We could not be happier with the open and quick communication, attention to detail, and how they both listened to us and guided us through the showing, contracting, and buying processes. They worked as a team to make themselves available every day of the week for showings on our schedule. When we found the right home, we felt at ease with Emily leading the way to close the deal. And that, she did! Oh, and they donate part of their commission to local non-profits... True, local, Real Estate pros that care about our city! We highly recommend PDX Green Team!!

Darcie and co were with us through 3 different house-buying/selling ventures. She and her team helped us with buying our first house, a tiny thing we were so excited to have as our own, then when we upgraded as our family grew, and, lastly, when we moved out of the city. Throughout each of these experiences, Darcy and her team were supportive, friendly, and supremely helpful. Especially with this last sale, the Green Team went above and beyond to catch many things we missed or couldn't do as were on the other side of the state. I remember from the very first trip to look at houses, how both non-judgemental Darcy was, but also how she would highlight points of concern. We were never rushed or pressured, just supported and informed. We have happily referred several friends to Darcy and the Green Team.
