Worked with Jeff and Suzanne to sell my townhouse in Portland. There were some issues we had to navigate because I had renters living there, but they were very helpful in figuring things out. Working with Carol and the entire group at DCG, was an absolute dream. From the initial experience of determining what I liked and needed, to staying within my budget, Carol was always taking note of what worked for me and my family. In the end, when we found THE house, she helped navigate the process, and when I wasnt the best offer, we worked together to make it the best offer, and the house was ours! If I ever need a realtor again, she will be my first call!
