We bought our first house in Portland with a big help of Debra at the height of the recent housing market (Summer, 2021)! We felt less scared about going through buying a house process as I could ask her about any questions I had. I saw over 20 houses and made 8 offers, but finally we landed on a house that was suitable for us. We also were able to negotiate with the seller with help of Debra which saved us nearly $10,000! She was knowledgeable, prompt, and easy to work with. She also gave us recommendations for subcontractors we needed in future.
