"During my lifetime I was always focused on Upsizing my life! Upsizing my career, family, homes, cars, boats, etc., and buying things I wanted but definitely didn’t need. Like most Americans, I felt this inner competition with “keeping up with the Joneses”. After being invited to an Upside of Downsizing conference my logic was rewired by listening to variety of experts that encourages letting things go that really don’t matter anymore or don’t add value to your life! I just regret I didn’t learn these skills starting out.
