My wife and I really appreciate Harlan and his hard work on our behalf. We worked with other realtors in the past who made us feel like buying a larger house for our family wasn't going to happen in this market. Harlan has a gift for breaking down barriers and making things happen, whether through his own determination or his lengthy list of connections in the industry. We're now preparing to move into our new home! He hung tough with us through a few bumps in the road and we'd happily refer our friends and family to him in the future.

We worked with Harlan to purchase the first investment property. Several years ago, I took his class from PCC and he gave me a lot of insight how to find a good investment property. He is an expert in this field.

Harlan is a guy you want working for you. He is tenacious, responsive, transparent, fast, and of course, experienced with all things real estate. He has an uncanny sense for what a property will sell for. We once walked a place that was just listed for $650k, within minutes he was like "this will sell for $750". We didn't place an offer as it wasn't the one for us, but I checked ~6 weeks later and sure enough it had sold $100k over asking at exactly $750k. Similar things happened several other times. He knows when something will go fast and what terms it'll take to get a deal done. He's also well connected...pretty much every time we engaged with another party he had had some previous experience with the other agent. Highly recommended!
