My partner and I bought our first house with Thom and cannot recommend him enough! He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and a joy to work with. He took the time to explain and prepare us for every step and was always available for questions. I found him by searching LGBTQ friendly realtor. It was important to us to work with someone we felt safe and comfortable with. Thom came up in the results with an additional note of being a transgender safe space. Thom is simply the best. We heard a lot of realtor horror stories from friends and family when we began this process and have told them all, Call Thom next time!

He is quick to respond, open to want / need changes, and is so thorough in his search for answers to our questions. Thom was amazing!! He has deep knowledge of the real estate market in the area with excellent communications and marketing ideas. He was willing to listen to my concerns. and presented a plan to reach our goal. Listing during the Holidays and an interest rate increase added to the stress and Thom was there and put me at ease and made sure everything was tied up with a bow! He is not only a nice person; he is connected and also a wealth of information. I'd work with Thom again without a doubt.
