Krista Britton is a really excellent agent to work with! She is prompt in her communication, has a great understanding of how buyers/sellers are affected by current market trends, and worked with us closely through any hang-ups or bumps in the road. I especially appreciate that Krista always asks us questions about our objectives or goals and really respects what we say, not trying to sway or pressure us, just gave us the benefit of her knowledge and let us make decisions based on what we were comfortable with. She followed up on leads that I had given up on, and kept us in the loop when she was needing more time to hear back about information. Krista has the expertise, experience, and professional knowledge to make buying/selling as easy as it can be.

Cant say enough great things about Krista. Long story short, was living in Miami, so much going on, met Krista online and had a good vibe, had her write an offer on a house before we met and before I even saw the home. Life was crazy. Offer was accepted so I flew to Oregon to accept the counter. I met Krista for the first time. I said oh crud I should have put to keep washer and dryer AND refrigerator in the deal . She replied I did, knew you were a single man moving from a Florida condo and thought you might need it , the stools are yours too. It was like this through the entire deal. She stepped up, covered me and made executive decisions like she was buying the house herself. I left the offer price up to her as well and no joke walked into a house with 50k equity when appraisal came back. Total star agent and she will be my agent for life. Awesome awesome work. Very pleased.
