Douglas Meyer is the Man!!! He was representing the seller on a transaction that I was assisting the buyers with financing. When we were faced with an unhelpful HOA management team, Doug went above and beyond with helping me source documents needed from an old construction repair (many times listing agents are not always so helpful with the buyer's lender, but Doug understood our only goal is to get both clients to that next step and he took extraordinary measures to help us with what was needed.). Another roadblock was hit when due to an upcoming roof repair, the project was going to be unfinanceable for a few months. Normally this is where everyone shakes hands and says their goodbyes. Not for Doug! Both agents and myself noticed a possibility for seller financing to bridge the repair time and both agents did a fantastic job getting the sellers and buyers to agreeable terms that helped them both. It was a win-win if I have ever seen one. I can't even explain how happy I was to see this end on a positive note. Wishing Doug all the best on future deals and hoping to work with more agents to his caliber in the future!

Working with Mel was an absolute pleasure. She's knowledgable, easy to communicate with and fun! Buying a place can be stressful, but I always felt supported and empowered when working with her. She made me feel confident and educated when buying my first place. Mel & Chelsie are easily the best of the best. Todd Winslow exceeds expectations. Todd guided me through the selling process via the phone (currently living on east coast). When he took the listing the property seemed impossible and he created a plan and I followed it precisely. He went to the property took pictures, videos and lined up contractors for me. Ron did a wonderful job for our relocation from Happy Valley to California. He even lessened his commission to soften the blow of the still down market at the time. House was staged beautifully with professional photos taken. Within two days we had two over full price offers. Great service!!
