My husband and I worked with Nick as first time homebuyers this fall and were so impressed by him. We saw probably close to 50 houses over the course of a month or two and he was patient and available throughout all our showings. He brought a ton of technical knowledge to the table and really made sure we knew what we would be taking on with each house we considered, while still making the process fun and exciting. We ended up in an amazing house that we could not have afforded without his diligent and tactical negotiation skills. We know well be happy here for years to come, which is only slightly bittersweet because he makes house shopping so great! We came across several other members of the Mahaffy team during the process and found all of them to be responsive and thoughtful. We would certainly recommend Nick and co in a heartbeat!
