He added personal touches to every step of the process, even filming and sending us a drone video of our new property as a gift on our wedding day. Best present ever! And when we flew back to PDX to see our home for the first time in person, Yascha was there to greet us. He made our dream of becoming PNW home owners in a family-friendly neighborhood a reality. Nine years later, our home has provided the foundation for the most important events of our lives. Inspired by our journey to home ownership, my sister and her family moved to Portland a year later. My husband and I were married publicly in front of friends and extended family in 2018in our backyard! We brought our cherished daughter home from the hospital in 2020. And in 2022 my mother, in the final three months of her life, moved across the country to be with us and was a constant fixture in our home during the most blessed of times. We will always be thankful to Yascha for helping us take that first step. Yascha was the catalyst for making our PNW dreams a reality. And my husband and I are honored to call him friend all of these years later.

Yascha is the best realtor I have worked with and one of the kindest people I've ever met. He really puts his clients' interest at the top of his priorities and is available at any time. He is such a lovely, patient and understanding person to be around that he makes a potentially stressful experience awesome. He understands what an important milestone selling and buying a house is. And, he is really good at his job. He has represented us in both selling and buying and I would never use anyone else!
