We interviewed 5 realtors before choosing Harlow Vernwald. Harlow has exceeded our expectations in every aspect of selling our home and with finding us a new home. Her marketing is second to none! She was easy to communicate with and returned our calls and texts in a timely manner. The bottom line is that she sold our home for over $90,000 more than some realtors would have listed it. She knows the market and and every step of the buying and selling process. We were out of state when we had to close on our new home but she stepped up and took care of everything. I unequivocally recommend Harlow to anyone selling or buying a home.

It's hard to believe that she has a 5 star rating because dealing with her was VERY disappointing. She knew my finances - that I can pay a years rent - and yet tried to get an additional deposit out of me and kept the $50 application fee. I found the experience to be unethical, not personable and the entire interaction was full of red flags. I DO NOT recommend working with "Harlow". I felt like she was very dismissive, as she told me numerous times, during the application / approval process, if you aren't interested I'll move to the next applicant. It was so unprofessional!! I"m shocked she's actually in Real Estate!

My property was on the market since 2006. I tried many different realtors before finding Harlow about six years ago. The previous realtors did not go look at the property or really put forth any effort to sell it. Harlow drove all the way to the property many times, posted "for sale" signs, listed it on many different sites plus many other things. She is extremely diligent, hard working, optimistic, helpful and always communicated clearly with me. She earned her commission many times over. My wife and I are so thankful for her and highly recommend her without any reservations.

I don't know about the company as a whole, but Harlow has a wealth of knowledge and know how. A fantastic resource.
