I have been renting at meridian park apt no central air no nothing they are caves,I am on disability and have had to ask a bunch of times to be moved to a one bedroom on level apt ,I can't do the stars,my manager keeps bring outsiders in she lost up stars I am going to send letters to disability of Idaho, housing,and better business and smokets this is a no smoking place mangers husben smokes lady behind me smokes in het apt.

Posted this also on the Gardenbrook apartments page, because thats where I live. But Cambridge is where all my money went, so this review probably belongs here:
This place (Gardenbrook apartments and Cambridge Real Estate Services) took my entire $1200 deposit and sent me a $2200 bill when I moved out because I ended my lease 3 months early. Part of that is months of utilities, which I paid through Cambridges online portal, so I no longer have any access to those records. When I moved in everything was dirty, inside and out. It wasnt painted, which is fine if they werent claiming they did it every time and charging me for it, holes and chips in the walls to prove it. A patch of rotten moldy wood under the kitchen sink that you can tell was painted over. Really more issues than I can list (all detailed on my move in inspection, which didnt matter to them when I disputed the move out charges). Avoid this place like the plague, which youd probably get from using the pool or laundry. Washing machines often found with what looked like dog food or vomit in them. But if you do decide to use the laundry, remember only the dryer closest to the front entrance works. Youll have to pay 2 or 3 times to dry with any of the others. There was burnt greasy popcorn in the machine in the rec room, who knows how long before I moved in, and probably still there today. Just a general we absolutely do not care attitude about the place. People smoke everywhere on the property. People that dont live there tend to wander through the broken down gate/empty lot in the back. Several of the people that do live there are lonely curmudgeons who you can hear all day through the cardboard walls, but will still come pounding on your door to complain if you make any noise at all. I really could sit here to list issues and tell stories all day about how bad Gardenbrook and the property management co Cambridge Real Estate Services is. Absolute vampires. The property is trash. Theres never anyone in the office to help, because they have one or two people covering several properties with hundreds or probably thousands of tenants to keep their overhead down. Theyre not spending or investing anything into making tenants living experience better. But the rent is SO EXPENSIVE. And they will try to milk you for anything they can. Stay away from this place and any Cambridge property.

I would give ZERO if possible. Misty Ridge uses them as a screening company and after sending them everything requested they took so long to review and approve my application, I lost out on 2 apartments. They are unresponsive and rude.

Horrible company they kept knit picking every detail of my application in California for Napa Cove Apartments. Their communication by email response was every 3-4 weeks from July 2023-January 2024. Apartments were suppose to be built by October 2023. Theyre still not finished building them. I had to pay $100 faxing over forms I filled out because the lady from Cambridge stated its to dark for them to see by email attachment. Application email received stated approved with conditions even though I made over the income threshold back in October . They sent me a copy of the apartment number I was going to receive , took my $500 deposit soon as January 2024 hit the lady complained more about my application missing something which im not illiterate I can read . I believe I didnt miss anything because the questions on the form are easy to answer . Then all of a sudden I get an email stating I make to much money now over the threshold application denied . And they sent me my $500 deposit by check back . I would not wanna live in a hostile environment working with is this type of cheap ran company ! The lady named Robin from Cambridge even said if you dont fix the info were asking for I will move to the next tenant application, mind you this is after I spoke to the lady over the phone and faxed over info she stated only need to be fixed in order to be completely application approved . After I faxed Robin the info requested. Thats when even more knit picking came about . This company of from OREGON and has REALLY BAD REVIEWS previously .
