CBD is a terrible place to live. They do not care about their tenants. River cares nothing about the tenants.

Amazing place with tons of things to do for all ages, make sure to bring plenty of funds with all the shops and if it's hot there's a fountain right next to a Starbucks so you can cool off and enjoy everything that this fun little location has to offer!

For West Parc at Bethany: Put a finger down if you have ever moved into a new apartment and: 1) There was mouse droppings all around the oven 2) The dryer won’t work properly and is impacted with cat hair and dirt (The washer & dryer are NOT full size) 3) The AC is impacted with dirt and cat hair 4) The previous tenant died (hopefully not from Covid) 5) The management team refuses to fix anything (Sends a dude out to “vacuum the AC” once 6) All amenities are closed to Covid 7) They have no sanitization protocol for common areas 8) They refuse to take care of any issues that you find after you move in *puts a finger down* Many of my friends live in buildings similar to this and their property managers sent out ACTUAL vendors to take care of their requests same day. Do yourself a favor and MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE.
