Westy has been managing our properties for the past 2 years, and we couldn't be happier. They're very responsive, great communicators, and keep our units occupied with great tenants. They're very flexible with us, giving us the opportunity to perform maintenance if we want to, or taking care of it if we don't. They fully manage 2 properties and assist with finding new tenants at a third. They've also been great about taking care of all the properties in ice storms and other bad weather. We appreciate the quality and clarity of the monthly summaries and financial reports that they provide too.
