I have been working with the Menashe team for several years and I only have positive things to say. They are honest, responsive, and always accommodating to vendors and tenants. Nothing but first class!

I've been a tenant of Menashe Properties for 10+ years, and have always had a positive experience with their team. This was particularly the case during COVID, when I was unsure about the viability of my business during the pandemic. The Menashe's helped my business during this period of instability with support and rent relief, which allowed me to keep my doors open.

This is the first negative review I have ever written in my 35 years of life, however, I felt it necessary, as this business should come with a red flag / renter beware. I have never done business with, nor met, someone the likes of Jordan Menashe - and hope to never have to again. Every situation encountered with him was a worst case possible scenario. The first time Ive ever had to go to court, all just to get my security deposit back that was due (and court awarded). Also, not only zero kindness or empathy during COVID, but quite the opposite - with constant harassing emails for the rent that as per Governors orders, was not even due. Then Menashe had the audacity to ask me if your daddy could pay my rent. I terminated my lease just so I would not have to deal with him. Ive always been a believer in karma. May Menashe reap what he sows.

Derelict property owners who allow their properties to be taken over by miscreants and turned into blight that ruins entire neighborhoods, then they blame the city for their inability to secure and control their own property. Awful company that is ruining downtown portland
