I rarely write reviews but had to show some love to the folks at IRentPDX! I rented an apartment in one of their buildings for a whopping 16 years, and they were great! Super responsive and communicative with any issues that came up, fair, and kind folks. They even send birthday cards and holiday goodies! And I so appreciate their blanket "pets welcome" policy across all their units. I felt very taken care of by them (probably why I stayed so very long!) and only moved out when I needed more space. They made the move out process super smooth too. Highly recommend renting from them, they're awesome!

I don't know why I have not written a review before for these folks! I have lived in the same lovely spot since 2020 and have no plans to leave. The staff has been so kind and responsive from my application onward. The apartments are awesome, well maintained, clean, quiet. The maintanence and grounds crew are always very nice and as a woman alone, I have never felt any concern. Don't hesistate to sign a lease, they really are just good people and true to their word.

These guys are great and very reasonable property managers. My fianc and I have been renting with them for years (my fiancs last apartment and our current shared one) and they have been prompt about any issues or repairs. They are kind and understanding when communicating with them. They have no breed restrictions within their pet policies which doesnt effect me but Im a bully breed lover and love our diverse pet neighbors. Their units in multiple buildings they own are cute and unique with real Portland charm. Weve never once had any issue or been put off by them. They are friendly people. We wont move away from them unless we buy a house.
