They responded quickly, and the work was done in a timely manner very efficient.shout out to PJ and Eseta! I apperciate and grateful for You guys thank you so much! I was told by golda a manager only there for less then a year after 3 of the main employees left. They were all rude as well. I had a tree that I told them needed a arborist and it later fell on my bf BMW and they had to pay not me. They still didn't maintain the dead tree after. Then golda did a walk through of the 39th place apartment and said no damages were noted on the paper she checked off. I was relieved. Then not only did they not give me any of my $1800 deposit back but they charged for a expensive paint job that in the lease said they wouldn't hold me responsible for. I was told there was no damages. I rented a new place from them and I won't talk about that one sense our lawyers say we have a agreement not to disclose any details. But golda came to that new place with a eviction notice and when I asked about my deposit she tried to take me outside of the building barefoot bu to write me a check. The cops came because I told her I'd wait in the building while she writes the check and they had to.tell me she had no intention in writing that check. Why did she try to do that Katherine King? I was bated into looking crazy when i had a bad feeling and inwas right. She was lying. Because she couldn't tell me straight up? Weird to hire a coward and crazy lier that called the cops to say what? That i wouldn't say yestbto walkingto her strang.car because i don't know her outside of the profession she heald. I. Ever knew a unprofessional like her existed in renters lives. Then she lied about the place being A-ok I guess too how gross! and then you all charged me for a paint job and didn't tell me just put it on my portal to look through and neighbors garbage removal? I left a couch my bf was picking up and you took it wouthout adking so i didn't even get my couch you just trashed it?! I moved all my stuff and nothing was left at my 1st place. Again. My lawyer has told you not to share details so make sure your answers off as no damage found with golda doing the check off list but just a bolt from my TV mount drill that got stuck she also she would return and loed about. That is expensive. Then the walk through and try to bate me to believe she was writing a check and why not listen to a educated woman on section 8 About getting the tree fixed before the damage I predicted occurred? I'm fine but that tree fett 3 ft from my kids window. you have charged me twice that so $2500 more then the $1800 for a few nail holes and a drill stuck you never returned? Seems sketchy. But you get to put a label and receipts on my ledger because you know I work ft and on section 8 so I'd say there was a bit more to the intention especially when golda lied 3 times by my count. sense I've been 16 I've known the rules for my move outs and always get my deposits back and or never over charged because some places dont like to return deposits just donthe carpets thats whybi domhardwood now for 7 years. It took me 1.5 yrs be brave enough to write this review because i had to pray to forgive you. I know what I did and I know what you did. My review is a reflection of your lazy company values and how you make money to pay your overhead or retaliate on a truth teller. I forgive you all but i cant forget the traumatic experience you know golda caused. You have my 1 star too. I'm still waiting for your new golda to reply to my email about the lawyers agreement we had and you won't get back to me. It's just reliving the 4 yrs I was with you. I have more to say about the 39th place like they didn't except a salvation army rent check hand delivered so I had to get a last day advance so they didn't evict me. They refused the charity check. Why? Discrimination? I have the receipt for that too. That was scary. Make sure you know your lease and don't communicate with the bullies when they knock before talking to a lawyer. Then the 4th lie golda lied to my case worker about not evicting me. Good thing I won that case because I knew she lied 3 times before and my lawyer cought the case in time. Don't rent here if you don't have a lawyer.
