Today however I needed a piece of tape so I could get this small priority package on its way.
CONNIE laughed at me and said we sell tape as she pointed to the retail area.
She then grabbed the priority tape gun right next to her and said in the future we do sell tape.
As if she pays for it?
I said do they ask you to say that? She said no.. I said well Ill let them know you are. She said my name is CONNIE as she pointed to her badge. I just said wow thanks for making me feel welcomed here and walked out biting my tongue.
So embarrassing and unnecessary. I will be forwarding this on.
