Dr. Callan is very thorough and explains everything clearly. She covered all the issues I asked about and we developed a plan to deal with them. I'm very hopeful that my feet will be feeling better soon. Dr. Callan is very personable and is a good listener.

I have always been a competitive athlete, challenging myself across various sports over several decades. I have also enjoyed many different forms of movement to increase my physical literacy or to simply move, just out of shear curiosity. When my body isnt doing well, I want to have a team on my side helping me through the healing process, especially when it comes to my feet, my foundation. Northwest Foot & Ankle is an incredible clinic with real people who care. Dr. McClanahan listened to my story and my concerns with compassion and empathy, making sure I was heard. He went above and beyond, outside of our appointment, talking to other health care professionals about my unique situation, for me to achieve my most optimal and healthy state with my feet. I cannot thank Dr. McClanahan enough for his knowledge, passion, and duty of care to his patients. I also want to thank Dr. Oltman for taking time out of his day to discuss potential alternative treatments. The best kind of physicians you can see are ones that love their job; Dr. McClanahan and Dr. Oltman are two such doctors. Thank you for your expertise and candor regarding my feet. Dr. Callan was caring, thorough, knowledgeable. I feel hope for the future of my feet. The podiatrist I went to previously had a dismissive attitude and said do these things and stay off your feet. Dr. Callan gave me a comprehensive plan for restoring the strength and flexibility of my feet even though I am in my early 70's. I look forward to the next few weeks of recovery. I love my comfortable new Lems shoes!

I had a nice appointment with the doctor and she helped me to understand issues with my feet, in various situations. She gave me a care plan that was a bit extensive and hoping I can do it all and also be able to wear the correct shoes so my feet can heal. The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. Im only giving 4 stars because I was hoping to get an injection and the doctor was not trained in that. I had specifically asked in my appointment set up for injections so it would have been nice to have had that when I came in. They also lost my paperwork from before so I had to refill out everything. Overall I think this is a great clinic but I wish I had been able to have the choice I had asked for before coming in.
