Dont do it..quick to make the initial appointment for a job costing approx $14k. Showed up on time but job deviated from what was expected and my landscaping was disconnected (I was told it was not in code). Was told they would call in the next week to get a quote and repair the hookup. 6 weeks of promises that someone will call this afternoon, tomorrow, by the end of the week. I was never contacted when they were on site and about the landscaping hookup nor given the option for a repair (I had to relocate due to 2 dogs living in the house during the repair form3 days). I have asked for specific answers and to this date still no answers.not really expecting one at this point.

The plumbers who were working in our home neglected to inform us about the drywall dust that would spread throughout the area they were working in. Additionally, they failed to take precautions to protect my personal belongings, leaving half of a garment rack exposed and covered in drywall residue. Furthermore, they left our outdoor patio furniture in disarray, with the table overturned. Their actions were completely disrespectful and crude.

Axiom has provided me with good work, in a timely manner, and honest estimates. They have excellent communications and honest staff. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. As a real estate investor that owns and operates multiple vintage properties in downtown Portland, I have needed plumbing service on regular occasions. They have always been available and go above and beyond to help. I would recommend them 100%. No job is too big or too small for Axiom. They've replaced water heaters for me, fixed leaks, and even drilled down to replace water lines and sewers below the foundation.

Ian came out inspect our flooded basement and ended up scoping pipes, inspecting fixtures, and helping me troubleshoot what the issue was. He then got me an appointment with a company that does the repairs we needed. He spent over an hour with me on this project and didnt charge us for his time. I have saved Axioms number for future plumbing repairs on the houses I manage due to my experience with Ian. Interacting with him is a fantastic advertisement for Axiom!
