        The guy was perfectly nice but $800 for a shower cartridge is just insane. And yeah by the time they're out there you're $120 in the hole anyway. I'm afraid to call around and find out how badly I just got ripped off.

        We were having a new toilet installed and the original installers could not finish the job due to a broken flange and it is a very old building so there were complications. I called D & F Plumbing and explained it was an emergency as we only have one bathroom. Within about an hour they sent over Warren. Warren was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and had to find a part that worked for our old 1927 building. Warren was cheerful and professional and got it fixed for us. We are so happy with D & F Plumbing and Warren. Jill and Blair Gilbert
