Favorite pet food and supply shop in the city. The staff is friendly, the products they carry are the best prices and have the best options. You and your pet would be happy if you shopped here

Staff is very knowledgeable about products and can assist with changing your pets food if you are looking for more natural or better nutrition. Prices are very reasonable. The have a great 12 bag program where the 13th is free. Parking isn't the best in front of the store. But if we are all considerate multiple cars won't have to park on side streets. Speaking of there are at least 3 to 4 close side streets during peak hours. This store is located in a neighborhood and on a fairly busy street.

Our go to spot for dog food and toys. Great prices and variety. There's almost always street parking out front too.

I've been frequenting Portland Pet Supply for 5+ years now. We go there for a specific kind of cat litter that we like our cats to use. They also have a great selection of toys, especially the catnip bananas from Yeowww! (Our cats go crazy for them.) PPS has a GREAT selection of pet food. My cat won't eat most of it because she's picky and essentially likes junk food, but if she'd eat higher quality stuff, this store has a great selection. The staff is super helpful. The cat litter we buy comes in 40lb bags and they always help me (a 5' woman) carry it out to my car. The prices are on the higher side, but that's to be expected from a mom & pop pet store. Lastly, they are closed on Sundays, which is when a lot of people run errands, so plan ahead for that.
