    Noah Gabriel-Landis is absolute first class and the most knowledgeable (yet humble) trainer that I have ever worked with. For anyone looking for personalized in-person strength training (or in my case, virtual personal training and programming through home and commercial gyms), you honestly can't get any better. For me, he's also been fantastic with nibbling around the edges of injuries to get my body on the positive road to recovery. I've got a bad back, yet slowly but surely we've progressed to the point where I don't have many limitations at all while lifting. And my lower back hasnt felt this good in years, even before my two surgeries. Don't hesitate!

    I have been a remote client of Priority Strength since 2018 and it is by far the best fitness program I have ever used. When I started in January 2018, I selected the Body Composition program as I was trying to get ready for my wedding and trim down a bit. By the time of the wedding in August 2018 I went down from about 220 lbs to 190 lbs and lost 4 inches from my waist. I also did this while managing to gain some strength and improve endurance. The Body Composition had some of the most grueling routines I have ever done (lots of slow reps, very little rest time), but that being said the workouts are easy to understand with Coach Noah's explanation and demonstrations. When COVID hit Coach Noah helped me design my own home gym and continue the Priority Strength program. I am always impressed with the care and consideration he puts into designing the workout routines and answering any questions I have. Also, he's very friendly and personable with a clear passion for training and helping others improve their fitness.

Having been an athlete up through my college years and then a CrossFit coach and competitor for several years, Id like to think I know a decent amount about strength and fitness. Despite my background and familiarity with coaching, I am continuously amazed at the wealth of knowledge and information coming from Noah (founder and head coach of Priority Strength). Pair Noahs knowledge with a keen eye for details and movement pattern, and Ive got direct access to the most knowledgeable trainer I have every worked with. Noah has tailored my Priority Strength remote coaching programming to focus on overcoming injuries and getting back to movements I never thought Id be able to do again. His constant feedback provides me with insight on glaring issues as well little nuances, allowing me the opportunity to improve, progress, and, most importantly, stay injury-free. The vast library of movement demonstrations is exceptionally helpful, and his video explanations on things such as tempo and bar positioning are insightful. I can honestly say that Priority Strengths remote coaching is, hands down, the best investment in my health that I have ever made.
