Hotel Deluxe Garage

Came here Sunday for the Portland Thorns home opener game. Thought everything was fine with parking garage and how close it was to the stadium. Then when game was over I paid for my ticket downstairs and went to my vehicle in the 4th floor. Paid $24. Waited 1hr and 15 minutes before i finally got to the exit lift gate and it was charging me an additional $10. No attendant in sight. I paid and left because I already waited so long. Never coming here and recommend you dont either.

If you want to save money and a ton of time, you wont ever park here. You cant pre-pay AND you have to pay in the lobby, so dont leave your ticket in the car. It doesnt sound like they staff the lot and after last nights Timbers match things broke down and they had to send someone out to help. It took over an hour to leave and the ticket that I waited in line to pay in the lobby didnt show as paid, so the attendant wanted me to pay again. I, like most everyone else, didnt stick around for the receipt in the parking machine so I had to log-in my online card account to show him I paid $25 (YES$25) already. What a ____ JOKE, Ill walk a few miles before I park here. #NEVERAGAIN

Im a local and I suggest visitors park here overnight. A little pricy, (if Im honest, compared to a few spot further aware or risking overnight street parking), but plenty of spots and reasonably safe for the neighborhood.

Truly horrible. Have to pre pay but theres only one pay station. Machine to let you out doesnt work well. No parking attendant.
