Amazing shop, fair, honest, communicative and transparent. So glad I listened to the other reviews and brought my car here. Will return if I need any further fixes.

Asked for a quote was given vague reply having to do with parts not sold through their shop. I asked for quote if parts were not sold as profit and 3 days later crickets assuming they only work with parts they profit from and they don't disclose their hourly billing at least in a requested quote. Unprofessional at best, terrible at communication in the area of customer service glad I didn't have work done here that required warranty or anything more complex than a quote.

Best mechanic shop in Portland. These guys are honest mechanics . If they say whats wrong with the car thats whats wrong. They arent trying to push services and parts on you that dont need to be replaced. And the owner kory is super nice. Hes always gone out of his way to help me with me car. 10/10 recommend
