      image I have a hard time understanding how you take donations from people believing the items they donate are being given free to families in need when you all are charging $400. Per person to get help in ANY community warehouse! It's a shame.

      Hi Lindsey. We do our best to make our services accessible and we appreciate your feedback. We charge a subsidized flat fee to help cover some of the costs: $150 for a furniture bank appointment where the client/agency provides their own transportation, or $400 for an appointment that includes delivery. We partner with over 200 reffering agencies. Typically the referring agency has the funding to cover most, if not all of the costs, although unfortunately that is not always the case.       image I work as a case manager and this place is an exceptional community resource. They take donations of furniture and household items that serve those in need. The staff seem to enjoy working there and they have committed volunteers. I enjoyed going through and helping one of our programs participants pick out what she needed for her home. She got most of the major furniture she needed, except for matresses, which they were low on. Thanks Community Warehouse!
