I just come into this place cuz I've been with excruciating pain in my left and my right arms and my wrists and my legs are very swollen and Dr Amy told me to get out business done and she basically told me to go home and continue being in pain. She did not prescribe me any wrist braces, she is not going to prescribe me any painkillers for the pain.my pain levels are at 30 out of 10. Dr Amy did not even listen to me she didn't even care that I was in excruciating pain and she told me to get out of the office at the visit is done she was not listening that's what my problems were what I was asking so she needs to be fired and sued for malpractice because she mostly rejected a patient who is really really in pain so if you are lgbtq do not go to prison health because if you're not help patient at all they just second guess themselves and put you on random medications that really don't help you. Prism health does not help patient's

The staff is amazing and very compassionate. They listen to one's health care needs and are also empathetic.

I've been waiting for months to become a new patient but you all are full.. For months. What sense does that make?? Trans care is already limited here. Do better prism! Open the wait list.

Ummm why TF DO THEY NOT HAVE ANY OPENINGS FOR NEW PATIENTS??? Like you're supposed to be the best of the best in regards to our trans community but yet you can't take everyone but a select few once per month. So that trans person has to go months without getting the best care for them because you close your new patient wait list. Complete utter nonsense.. Not to mention if you accidentally miss your chance to be added to a new patient wait list you have to wait another month just to look /call at the right time just to make sure you are added.
