        They guided me thru battling barriers and after 26 month (during COVID lockdowns) on Dec 2021 I was given all I NEEDED and keys to my own space since becoming homeless in 2011.

        I got accepted through the call line for energy assistance. I was a day away from being cut off and human solutions finally pulled through. I hadnt heard from my energy assistance specialist for 10 days and I had to email multiple times to get an urgent response but!; in the end it all worked out. I cant believe it. Thanks for helping with my bill
