        I recently had the opportunity to visit The Skeleton Key Odditorium, drawn in by its fascinating promise as a museum of curious oddities. It certainly delivers on its unique theme, although I personally found the experience slightly less engaging than I had hoped. It reminds me of 'Paxon Gate' in ambiance, albeit with a more pronounced focus on darker themes. The admission price of $13 seemed a bit high, particularly considering the absence of interactive displays. Additionally, there was a noticeable incense scent throughout the venue. If your tastes lean towards the eerily unusual, this place might intrigue you, though I recommend your expectations is it is a museum.

        An absolute must!!!!! Great museum for connecting over conversation for date night or something new. I learned so much and loved to talk about all the oddities. Well curated and will be visiting again!

      Hi there! Thank you for visiting our museum! We are sorry that you were disappointed! We definitely strive to leave our guests feeling like they had a good time, learned something odd, and saw something they have not seen before. It's a mom and pop operation, and we don't get any grants or funding from the state. We totally want to add more interaction, but that will have to come with time. As far as our price, it's what we need to charge to stay afloat. We are always open to suggestions to make the experience greater! Take care and maybe next time after some growth on our part, we can wow you a touch more. (Sometimes when we eat lunch it gets stinky, but I do use incense once in awhile too)
