We have used Kim for 4 mortgages for us and then a mortgage for our daughter. Its been a smooth experience every time. I was particularly impressed with how Kim communicated with our daughter, a first time home buyer, in a super competitive market. Kim educated her on how pricing and rates would affect her monthly payment, she worked closely with realtor to get things done quickly, and made herself available on the weekend to provide a pre-qualification letter. Kim made sure everything in the application process went smoothly and as painless as possible.

Kim was incredible from our very first interaction! She responded to my initial inquiry almost immediately, and she really took the time to get to know us and understand our situation and what we were looking for. She went above and beyond throughout the duration of our house hunt and was there every step of the way through multiple offers submitted, going under contract (twice), and finally closing. She answered every question I had without ever seeming remotely put-out by the number of questions or judgmental about what I did or didn't know. She made sure we understood and felt confident about what we were doing and was always available when we needed her. She was extremely organized and very clear and honest from the start, so there weren't any last-minute surprises. I am so beyond thankful that we got to work with Kim, and I cannot sing her praises enough. She's an amazing person and a true rockstar at what she does. Kim is a superstar. She is hard-working, honest, and personable. She goes and above and beyond to make sure that you feel educated, treated right, and able to find a home thats within your budget. She spends countless hours researching and taking the time to help you out with your mortgage loan and sure that you are treated right. Im so thankful that I was referred to her as she made my first time home owner purchase easy and effortless. Kim was exceptional to work with. My process was a bit stressful at times as I 1) was a first time home buyer 2) bought a house from out of state 3) have somewhat of an atypical job structure With all of these scenarios, I had to learn and grow through this process. Kim made everything as seamless as possible. She was approachable, organized, and punctual. Not only was I happy with my lender experience but I also received feedback from many people involved in my transaction regarding Kims professionalism.
