if you aren't aware, buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do in your life. I have used Mindy multiple times over the last 4 years and she make this process SO easy, even when it isn't. I've been Mindy's client twice now; she is phenomenal! She took the time to know my life, goals and dreams...and crunched numbers to make things happen. I used Mindy for the first time a few years ago when purchasing our first home. She was amazing to work with, answered every question we had, and was available anytime we needed anything. I have used Mindy Cardinal at least 5 times over the past 20 years, several were refi's and two were new home loans. Mindy is extremely efficient and effective, and you just know that everything is under control when you trust her with your loan. No one will work harder for you. She is up early, and works late. I've interrupted her vacations, dinners and weekends more than once, and she never made me feel like a heel for being "needy". She is always ready and willing to drop everything to make sure things go as planned. I would give 10 stars if I could.
