I have been working with Michael to acquire a mortgage and he's extremely knowledgeable on the entire process. For someone who does not understand what is happening on that side of thing I feel very thankful to have him as a resource. And as someone who is self employed he's been able to answer a lot of questions about how to best set myself up in terms of taxes and showing income that will allow me to qualify for the home I wish to purchase.
