I am a 68 year old client of Steve Brian. I have been buying and selling homes for over 40 years. I wanted to share my experience having Steve represent me in a purchase of a home on 3 acres. I have never experienced a realtor with more competent resources than Steve. He is skilled with the workings of the title companies, mortgage companies, and all of the real estate forms, but his list of competent contractors to get repair work done quickly and economically is amazing. Steve Brian is a wonderful realtor to work with. We used him to find/buy our current home. He was a wealth of knowledge about the various Portland neighborhoods. He did not make us feel pressured to make a decision and patiently showed us dozens of listings as our home search evolved over time.
