Taquería Los Puñales

We loved this place, but unfortunately the owners are extremely unfriendly and rude if you have children with you. Children are people as much as adults, we keep a close eye on ours always, and theyre far better behaved than many adults. Im so sad to say we wont be coming back here anymore after a SECOND experience of the owners being very rude about us being there with a kid. Youve lost our business. Were really disappointed. Avoid this place if you have kids with you.

First time visiting this restaurant and I was so dissapointed by the service. Got yelled at for not know their process of how they run their restaurant after we asked to be seated outside when there was plenty of seating and was yelled at and told if we didnt sit inside they would refund our money even tho there was plenty of open seats outside. Never coming back to be yelled at for being new to this restaurant.

This place was highly recommended. The food was great, the service was good, but there was one specific interaction that ruined everything for me. Im not sure if he is an owner, but if he is, you should treat your patrons better. Asking what part of Mexico your family is from should not be a reason to be rude, nor act like I asked something offensive and be snooty about it and walk off. As a paisano, I want to know about different regions and support my fellow paisanos, but snapping at me for asking? Maybe you shouldnt be in the service industry. Beware of the guy in the picture.
