Chipotle Mexican Grill

I paid $19 and got this. Online order. Went and picked it up and got home to this disappointment. Several missing ingredients and slim portions on what I did get - grateful for the large scoop of guacamole though.

They were out of all of the veggie and sofritos, most of the meats, and what was left looked very old and unappetizing. I should mention this was at 9 PM, a full hour before they close. I had also just driven here from another chipotle location that was inexplicably closed? One poor guy working the line of disgruntled customers while 4 other employees milled joking with each other and half heartedly cleaning things. What is going on with Chipotle?

A few fun facts about this location. 1. They are not open on time. The last 3 weeks they have failed to open at 10:45 when it says they open. 2. Incredibly slow. They have now on the last 2 occasions been a half hour late on the online order expected times. 3. Incorrect orders. Have failed to give correct food on last 2 occasions as well. Giving my group order somebody else's food which means they've messed up several orders in 1 move. Nice Job! 4. Portion sizes. They couldn't make a balanced burrito or bowl if given out premeasured ingredients. Also the size of the burrito or bowl seems to shrink every time I get something. Don't eat here until staff changes. You have been warned.

I'm pretty sure I got sick from eating here. I've been several times and I've noticed some poor food handling practices - employees going straight from handling money or sweeping the floor to making food without washing their hands, and yesterday an employee ran his fingers through his hair while making someone's food. It's not quite as big of a deal, but they're always running out of things too. I was going here pretty often lately because I live nearby and it's inexpensive, but I think I'm going to stop.

Same thing as others have shared, small portions. I ordered twice online and paid an extra $4 for extra steak and it was barely a scoop. Ive contacted Chipotle support about this location.
