        Fix your hours of operation. You are obviously not open until 4 am if you're closed before 10 pm. I would like to give you a better review if you were open when you said you were.

        My boyfriend and I eat here almost weekly, the food is sooo good!!! Its a family ran cart and the food is phenomenal. I get the Chile relleno burrito and it is the best I have ever had. I was surprised to find such amazing Mexican food in Portland. Im from Las Vegas and being so close to the border, my standard of Mexican food is high. Aquinos is above and beyond! Such a kind and talented family! Edit: amazing birria tacos!!!
