I went here with a whole list of concerns, with a doctor that I had been seeing for quite sometime, was quite disappointed to hear her spouting fatphobic rhetoric that I've heard from others online that doctors give you. I went to her with chronic pain, let her know that my mom was diagnosed with chronic pain already as well, she brushed me off saying that 1. I'm overweight, and need to lose weight. 2. I need to eat better 3. I need to exercise as well as bonus round 4. Chronic pain isn't genetic. (Which I looked up moments after it came out of her mouth: over 60% of chronic pain is genetic) Please get doctors that actually know what they're talking about and have been properly trained. Thanks!

Have asked and asked over a year for a specific appointment no referral no appointment it's not okay. The site often doesn't work to schedule. Having a working phone or a email would be nice. Still waiting over a week for a call back from a important call.

I have never had a physician who has been so attentive, caring, and thorough as Claudia. She spent an hour just going over my labs with me and making sure I understood everything. HIGHLY recommend!

I feel very fortunate to have found Melissa Federspiel for my health needs. I come away from each appointment feeling better and listened to. She is so reassuring and really takes the time to make sure every concern I have is addressed. Her notes are very good- with even a year + in between our visits she picks our conversation and concern threads right back up- like, therapy notes level of good.

Excellent Care from Claudia! I have been seeing Claudia for a few months now and she has been very good at working with my complex health issues. She is extremely intelligent and works hard to find the solution to my problem that my naturopath and other doctors have failed to do. Functional medicine is definitely the way to go.
