Dr. Mah and the entire staff were great at this office. My only complaint is that they didn't inform me that I could purchase my own boot for a 1/10 of the cost they charged me. So do not buy the boot they offer, you can get it for a fraction of the price online. My insurance didn't cover it, it is the only thing they didn't cover, so I am fighting with my insurance.

Horrible service. They made me wait for 45 mins for my appointment on Sep 25, 9am. When I asked the front desk they took me in and asked what is the purpose of my appointment. It was to take the impression of my feet for an insole but they were not aware themselves. They did not update my chart and anything at all. Such a waste of time and money. Stay away from this practice unless you have nowhere else to go.

Atrocious hold times for scheduling. Called 3 times, more than 30min wait and still was #3 in waiting line. At least should be servicing the scheduling calls in a reasonable manner.

NEVER SEEN A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE LIKE THIS ONE. I am a patient at this NW Extremities and have made several phone calls to ask questions to my doctor and never got a single return phone call. I always had to call back to follow up, and they never gave me a direct answer to my questions. Then, for the last 2-3 weeks I had made several calls just to see if my shoe insert for my medical problem had come in and no answer. The supervisor and the people who answered the call purposely hung up my phone call when I asked why they didn't return my phone calls or messages.
