Everyone reading these reviews, save yourself the trouble and dont go here. Their one receptionist, Andrea I think her name was, was the rudest person Ive ever spoken to in my entire life. I suffered from debilitating knee pain for months and they would never prescribe me any type of pain medication because they treat everybody as if theyre already an addict. A few months later I threw my back out at my job and they wouldnt give me any muscle relaxers, again because we get audited and can get in trouble for prescribing them WHAT? You shouldnt be worried about being audited if youre prescribing people who have a legitimate medical issue and that medicine will help them. I had to refill some prescriptions early because I was going to be out of the country for a few weeks and that process was unlike anything Ive ever experienced. Their staff is horrible about communication, nobody talks to each other, nobody puts notes in your chart when you call or gets your message to who youre trying to send it to. Truly never experienced negligent healthcare until I went here. Go elsewhere. My provider was Dr. K

I have been neglected by Dr. Ji countless times. Ever since nurse practitioner Nandeesh left, Ive yet to leave the clinic feeling satisfied. Shes always contradicting herself by telling you things arent really worth it, but that you should still do them. For example, today I asked to be referred to an allergist, she went on a whole speech about how it wouldnt be that beneficial for me, I said okay then I can pass on that if we can find another solution, and then she cut me off to tell me she thinks I should go see the allergist. Its just lazy to tell a patient why something wouldnt be beneficial for them and then not provide any other type of solution or care. She then just prescribed me the same cream Ive had for my eczema, for another issue that definitely isnt eczema. I left the clinic today feeling ten times worse than before because Im extremely tired of going to the doctor about issues only they can help solve, and then getting no real resolution. I always have to come back for the same issue because its not addressed properly the first time. My insurance is paying them for appointments that I go into and come out of crying because nothing is done. Then I have to reschedule my appointment to address the same issue and they get even more money from my insurance for again, doing nothing. I come to this clinic because the location is very convenient but at this point, the convenience of the location isnt even worth the inconvenience the providers cause by neglecting there patients and having a mindset that they need to get them in and out the door as fast as possible.

Writing this review as I sit here for my annual lab work. This facility is a joke. They absolutely dont have any respect for patients. They always complain about being understaffed. People of all ages sitting here and waiting. No way to know how much more time they are going to need. Patheticbe prepared to sit here for at least 2 hours on any given day and time..yes..even if there are 2 patients in front of you

I wish I could give zero stars. This clinic is an absolute joke of a clinic. I have called every day for 10 days and still have not been able to get my written RX. Everytime I call I have to start at the beginning of the story like no one I speak to takes note of our conversations!! Oh and forget using MyChart, they use temp people to reply when short staffed and conversations that are not resolved are marked as resolved, creating an endless circle of fury. It should not be this hard. My vet clinic runs better than this place. Frustrating as hell!! Go to a different clinic AT ALL COSTS
