I've been getting prenatal massages with Sarah mostly through my 3rd trimester and it's been such a HUGE help for my moderate-severe back, hip and pelvic pains. Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable with her anatomy and individualized each session based on my evolving complaints. I always leave feeling refreshed and pain free for the rest of the day and eager for the next session. I've also recommended a friend of mine see her after her car accident and she's been a huge help in managing her pain from that. She loves her too! Can't recommend her enough!

I've been seeing Sarah for 10 years now & she's wonderful. I was referred to her when I was pregnant for a pregnancy massage, and I've seen her ever since. Highly recommend!

I recently had my first massage with Sarah and she was absolutely amazing. Truly the best massage I've ever had and well worth every penny! It not only felt amazing, but it was also incredibly clear that she is very educated about anatomy and understands how tension and pain in one area impact the body as a whole. I'm a nurse and she had wonderful suggestions not only for dealing with intermittent pains I experience, but also advice on steps I could take to prevent injury altogether. Words and five stars cannot accurately cover how happy I am with my experience and how much I would recommend her to anyone. I'm already getting ready to book my next appointment with her!

Sarah does a thorough evaluation and treatment. After our session I can move better, breathe better, sleep better, and feel better.
