I had a painful Sciatica problem for years that was interrupting my mobility during everyday tasks. I went to see Eric not knowing what to expect, because I didn't really understand how his work differed from other professionals. But after one session of performing his body work with massage therapy, my sciatica finally (magically) disappeared! That was about seven years ago now, and my sciatica has not returned. Eric's massage is intense and healing. I've gone to him with injuries and he's helped me recover. I also appreciate his breathwork sessions because they help me release pent up stress in my shoulders and neck, expand my breathing capacity, and they are short so I can it in my schedule. He's a great support for body connection and healing.
