My posture has never been great and with increasing years was becoming very noticeable not just with personal pain but to family and friends. I was told that Cliff at Source Wellness was the person to help me change that embarrassing look. I initially went to him just to really meet for a massage which was fantastic. I felt like there were so many muscles that hadn't see the light of day for years. That was a revelation to me. Cliff really deep dives into muscles that are even behind muscles. He said he could help straighten out my poor posture with a structural integration program. I'm about 2/3 done and I already feel taller, walk better and feel better about myself. Nobody comments about my posture anymore. He is very soft spoken and incredibly smart. Even a single massage will change the way you understand your own body.
