To start from the beginning it's a bit odd you become stuck outside the door on top of the stairs not knowing if it will open or not being there is no signage to say other wise and it was never cominicated otherwise on the emails when my wife made the reservation. I thought my massage over all was good as well as my wife. My one complaint would be the male masseuse was always on a roll around stool so just as you begin to relax to the massage and music he would roll around on hard wood flooring with his stool to adjust while he gave the massage and it took away from the relaxation to me.

I had a massage with Stephanie! Stephanie was an amazing massage therapist that specializes in trauma informed care. You always know where she is in the room making it very comfortable! She offers open communication, so it is easy to communicate if the pressure to too harsh or too little! I cant wait to see Stephanie again!
I did a 110 minute massage with the lavender aroma therapy and I wouldnt have it any other way! THANK YOU STEPHANIE!

This was the best massage I've ever had! I had Stephanie and she was so kind and gave an amazing massage. She personalized the session, making it both therapeutic and memorable. Highly recommend for an outstanding massage that also supports local Portland businesses.

Wanted to give them (the owner) an opportunity to respond to my email I sent nearly a month ago before leaving a review but I was never even given a single thought.
Wish I could give zero stars. The service is terrible. I got gifted a couples massage for this place. Important to note their front desk staff does NOT even work front desk here. They go to open the door of the room they rent in a home shared space, then LEAVE. They dont even know who is working that day or who should be in. They cant give you any single answer. Not even if the owner can get back to you for a refund. Owner is lacking as they didnt even give a proper response to my complaint I sent via email for the NO SHOW they clearly were at fault for. I waited there for 30+ minutes only to be let in by a DIFFERENT business massage therapist. I called the front desk staff who thought since I was let in that I shouldve clearly already been helped. They didnt even know who was supposed to be there to help us. Didnt apologize. Clearly didnt care about us being stood up as we drove all the way over here.
Wasted my time, wasted my friends money for gifting us a luxury couples massage that is clearly just hosted in a home with no organization. Would save your money and sanity on rescheduling/refunds if I were you. When we were at first calling to reattempt to reschedule THEIR mistake, they made it nearly impossible saying all their staff wouldnt be available that day or that time.
The funny thing is I got TEXTED an appointment reminder did the staff not get notified they had a client? Hm.
