I had to ship some very sentimental items yesterday so I found the closest fed ex to where I was and it happens to be at the office max on MLK in Portland. There was 1 customer at counter, 1 in line and then me. After about 5 minutes I noticed the driver for Fed ex come in and start to grab the packages that were already ready to go. Laci asked Craig to help me so she could finish with an already being helped customer. Fed Ex driver had no problem waiting for me to get my things packaged to go and Craig went above and beyond to get me the best price with insurance for my items to be shipped. Best customer service I've had in a long time from any business' employee's in a long time.
Thank you Laci and Craig and the Fed Ex driver who waited for my package to be ready.

Now if you're looking for a really fast delivery service place well this is your place my good friends.and check this out they even come out to your car and give you service but for our beautiful senior citizens and handicap the staff are there too greet you with a beautiful Happy all natural Oregon smile.
