Very nice and professional from the dispatch to the technician. Lost the key for my car. I called and they were there within the hour. Great pricing, they gave me a deal for two keys. I didnt even have to tow my car as they came out to me. Would totally use them again.

Premier Locksmith's technician Maddy came on time and called ahead to let me know she's on the way. She was very polite and professional and worked hard to make sure all of my door locks were properly installed. Overall, Im very satisfied with the service I received and I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

If I could give Maddy at Premier 10 stars, I would! It was 9 at night when I finally got home to realize I'd locked myself out of my house. Maddy was extremely polite on the phone when I contacted back, was prompt on her arrival and was thoroughly quick to get my house lock to open and get me in.

This is one of the best services Ive ever received. An hour after I called Premier, I had two car keys in hand ready to use. Extremely professional and reliable company.
