        the guy told us 169 to get keys duplicated, I have gotten my keys duplicated by another company for a newer car and gotten a spare too all for 180 like a year ago so I thought it was a fare price especially since the door and ignitionbwas the same. The guy was nice but the price seemed a little unreasonable because we got charged 240 for 1 key. the key felt very cheap I'm scared of breaking it because it feels very fragile especially for the price. The key also cannot open the trunk. Personally wouldn't use this company again.

        This company send out a technician to fix my anthrothef device on my truck did not do. That made a key, said it was good and then took my $300 and I have no working trucks. Still, I want my money back.

As discussed, it seems like there may have been some miscommunication with you and your mother who was on site at the time of service. Two keys were made for the original price quoted over the phone and the appointment time was pushed back at the request of your mother. If you have any further questions please give us a call! We take pride in 100% customer satisfaction, thank you so much for allowing us to clarify this situation. Edit to add: Hi Jose, thank you for updating your review. After speaking to the person who was on site at the time of service, we were able to verify that 2 keys were made for the original price quoted ($169 for 1 key + cost of programming and then an extra $50 for the second key). We apologize that you had this experience with our company.

      Hi Jimmy, Our technician came out and successfully programmed and cut a key for your vehicle, unfortunately it seems the vehicle may have more significant mechanical troubles that are keeping the vehicle from running. Our technician spoke with you prior to coming out to explain that this will only be successful if it is a key related issue and went over the cost of a new key and the service fee. We apologize for your negative experience.
