I would not recommend using this company for any of your landscaping needs. They do not stand by their own work. We called Exstream Landscaping regarding some maintenance/repair work on a job they completed and they said they do not handle repairs. I contacted several other companies and no one has been able to move forward without some guidance from Exstream (their installation was unusual). I contacted Exstream to see if they could at least provide some consultation to another company and they gave excuse after excuse (e.g., we wouldn't remember what we did). I could overlook them not doing the repair work themselves (still lousy) but to not provide any level of assistance is just poor business.
