        My family and I stayed here before heading out for a 3 week vacation. 1/18/2024-2/5/2024. Booked our long term parking here and took the shuttle to the airport. The customer service the day we got there was ok. Nothing special. We came back to no car because it was stolen from their "secure" parking lot. The employees reassured us that this RARELY ever happens but after doing some digging and speaking with people in the area, apparently we were the 3rd car stolen that week! The employees were not really much help other than comping a room for 1 night. They refused to show us video footage. The following morning after figuring out rental car things, filling police and insurance reports we spoke with the hotel manager Ehab. He overpromises and under delivers. He never looked at video footage to report to our insurance and was absolutely horrible at communicating. We had to follow up SO many time to hear any response from him. And even then barely anything got done. All that to say, if you plan on staying here, reconsider. We never got any answers on the video footage.

        What a clown shoes operation this place is. They have a 3rd party operation running airport parking in their lot that overbooked it to the point we had to park in the employee lot and had to find our airport parking at the last minute. Pool closed and ice machine on our floor out of order. Those signs have clearly been there for a while. Dont waste your time with this place even if they are located VERY close to the airport.
