Services: Tile work installation, Install flooring, Garage construction, Landscaping, Garage design & building, Design, Fan installation, Fence building, Paint indoors, Luxury home building, Project management, Waterproofing, Predesigned floor plans for homes, Interior finishing, Exterior painting, General plumbing services, Home building, Drywall installation, Plumbing fixture installation, Roof installation, Electrical work, Concrete pouring, Patio construction, Flooring

        My wife and I bought our Holt Homes house officially in October 2021. We had originally been slated to close in September 2021 but it was delayed about a month. Pleasant Valley villages has been a great neighborhood so far for our family. It is pretty safe, there are other good respectful people living there, and the police and the rest of the community seem to be responsive. The current Holt houses for sale have gotten quite expensive so we are thankful we bought when we did and are pretty happy with our house. The quality on certain aspects of the house is good, and the quality on other aspects is not as good. The neighborhood and being in Happy Valley have made it all a win so far though. Service: General repairs & maintenance
